Welcome to our server! Vikom Media and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you are to play on the official recruits and suits server, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Note that any violation of the terms and conditions can result in ban or other high-degree punishments.

YOUR MINECRAFT ACCOUNT

If you play on the Recruits in Suits server, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Minecraft account info. The same rules apply on our server than anywhere else. Vikom Media and its associates are not responsible for the actions one takes that may result in a loss of account information.

SERVER RULES AND POLICIES

Below are stated the main server rules that have punishments. Note these rules only include punishable rules. In-game, there are many other rules regarding building and other insignificant aspects of Minecraft. These rules are not punishable via banning of in-game jailing, however will be enforced by whatever means necessary. The minor, major and severe offences below are strictly enforced by the Recruits in Suits and by other selected moderators. Failure to understand and follow these rules will result in consequences. Upon failure to comply with the rules Vikom Media and its associates are able to suspend access to it services via means of banning with or without warning.

Typically minor offences will result in in-game jail time. Major Offences will result in being temporarily or permanently banned from the server.

Minor Offences (5 – 15 min of jail time depending on degree of offence)

-Utilizing vulgar language
-Chatting with intentions of hurting other players
-Disrespecting the privacy of others
-Entering a player’s residence without consent (unless outside a city)

Major Offences (30 – 200min of jail time and a warning)

-Killing other players without their consent
-Stealing other player’s items
-Griefing other’s creations without their consent
-Using server hacks (flying, etc)

Severe Offences (Temporary or Permanent ban)

-Lying to / Refusing to comply with an admin or moderator
-Committing Major Offences on a frequent basis

CANCELLATION

Vikom Media and its associates has full privileges to ban or remove users from the server white-list if they feel that someone has violated the server rules, or these terms of service.

PRIVACY

Please respect the privacy of all other players unless they give consent. Disrespect of another’s privacy to any extent will result in a punishment.

SERVER CHAT

Donators may freely chat on our server about whatever interests them as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of any form of “spam”. Vikom Media and its associates reserve the right to punish players that do not follow these criteria. If you continue to break the chat rules after the original consequence, you will be banned for inappropriate behaviour. You represent and warrant that you own all of the rights to the content that you say in chat: that the content is accurate: that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any player. You will assure Vikom Media or any of its associates that you are entirely responsible for all rule-breaking content that you produce in chat. Vikom Media and its associates take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Players who do not follow these rules will be expelled from the server.

RISK OF LOSS

All players that play on the Recruits in Suits server are aware that they are risking accidental loss of world information at any point in time. This could be in the form of unexpected server shutdown, or the need to restore the server to a previous state. Vikom Media and its associates are not at all responsible for what might be lost in these cases, and please understand that these accidents are avoided in all ways possible.

MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTIONS

Vikom Media and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible when it comes to membership rank descriptions. However, the Vikom Media is at any point in time able to a) change pricing for the services it offers b) discontinue features if it feels it necessary c) discontinue the services it provides with or without prior warning or explanation. Vikom Media does not warrant that these membership descriptions or other content on this site is definite, or entirely accurate. Vikom Media and its associates are not required to provide refunds if members do not agree with any changes in abilities.

REFUNDS

Vikom Media and its associates do not give refunds once you have used the service.  Downgrading your account or sharing your membership money is also not an option.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your playing experience on the Recruits in Suits server can be submitted to Vikom Media via in-game chat, or by email to arek@vikommedia.com. Disputes and arguments will be taken into account as fairly as possible. Vikom Media however, is not responsible for the view that others have on the decisions made by Vikom Media. Vikom Media will try to keep decisions un-bias and with giving every point of view an equal chance. Vikom Media or any of its associates are not responsible for what might seem as “unfair decisions” to certain individuals. Those who lie to the Vikom Media and its associates or any other moderators are punished with instant ban.
